As part of a partnership to develop arts programming for comedy, Exit Laughing was the Comedy Hall of Fame’s first documentary for public television.

This documentary grants a unique and unprecedented understanding of Joan Rivers,  one of the grand masters of modern American comedy, through the insights and understandings of the comedians who share in her influence.

Nominated for 3 New York Emmy Awards, this documentary features Sarah Silverman, Whitney Cummings, Kathy Griffin, Dick Cavett, Don Rickles, Lily Tomlin, Marlo Thomas, Gilbert Gottfried, Jeff Ross and many more.
